Here at The Luxury Bed Company, we offer a two-man delivery service, this service does come at a chargeable fee of £79, however this is a non-profitable charge and is applied to all orders. For all items at the moment we are running at an approximate delivery time of 8-10 weeks (location dependant) from the date purchased.
Sofas & Chairs have a 8-10 week delivery time from date of purchase.
Prior to delivery you will receive notification from the team to organise a delivery date via SMS or telephone. You will then receive contact prior to delivery also to keep you informed of an approximate window of time. Our experienced team will fully assemble any item in the room of choice free of charge on the day itself, also removing any packaging ensuring for a hassle-free delivery.
Assembly of the bed is a non-chargeable complimentary service however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. The Luxury Bed Company cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. You are requested to inspect all items on the day of delivery thoroughly to ensure there are no issues. In the event of an issue, you will be required to note this on the delivery form. Any problems do need to be reported within 48 hours via the fix it form linked below, as beyond this point The Luxury Bed Company will not be liable for any damages. Contact – The Luxury Bed Company
Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed and where necessary re-book accordingly. If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery there may be a charge of £79 to cover the cost.
Footstools, ottoman boxes & Fabric samples
The delivery fee for our smaller items such as footstools and ottoman boxes does come at a decreased charge of £49, the team will still fully assemble the items upon delivery in the room of your choice. If purchased with a bed there will be no extra fee.
All fabric samples do take an approximate lead time of 7-10 working days.
