The Dream Wall:
Where It All Began
In our old office, we had a wall with images of our goals, each representing a vision for the future.
One of the most important was our logo embedded into the U.S. flag – a bold symbol of our ambition to bring The Luxury Bed Company across the Atlantic. It was a constant reminder that no dream was too big, and it fuelled our drive to make it a reality.
Testing the Waters:
Our Journey to the USA
We took the leap and embarked on a journey to the United States to explore new horizons. With a passion for luxury and a mission to bring our hand crafted beds to a global audience, this trip marked the beginning of an exciting chapter for The Luxury Bed Company. What started as a dream to test the waters quickly turned into a growing presence across the Atlantic.
On the Road:
Houston to Vegas
With our van loaded and spirits high, we hit the road from Houston to Las Vegas to personally deliver beds to our very first U.S. customers. It was more than just a delivery, friendships for life were made. Meeting our customers face-to-face and seeing the excitement for our beds firsthand made every mile worth it.
A Milestone Moment:
Our First U.S. Customer
Sitting on her new luxury bed, with the American flag proudly laid on the ottoman in front, Tamara Bradshaw became our first U.S. customer. This moment marked a significant milestone for The Luxury Bed Company as we brought our handcrafted beds across the Atlantic. Tamara’s warmth and excitement made this experience truly unforgettable, symbolising the start of our American journey.
Unexpected Detours:
The Grand Canyon in Snow
Amidst our journey from Houston to Vegas, we took an unforgettable detour to the Grand Canyon – blanketed in snow. Standing there, surrounded by breathtaking views and icy winds, we couldn’t help but reflect on how far The Luxury Bed Company had come. It was a moment of awe and adventure, reminding us that the road to success is as remarkable as the destination.
Making Waves in Las Vegas:
Meet Olga
Olga, our second U.S. customer, invited us into her Las Vegas home to deliver her custom bed. Sitting at the end of it with a big smile, Olga was thrilled with how it turned out. This moment really showed us how far we’d come – bringing The Luxury Bed Company straight to the heart of Vegas.
The Final Countdown:
Prepping for Launch
The night before our big American launch, the team sat together on the office sofa, double-checking every detail to make sure everything was ready to go. It was a mix of excitement and nerves, knowing we were on the brink of something huge. That moment felt like a turning point, where all our hard work was about to be launched across the pond.
Next Stop:
Houston
Underneath the iconic “Welcome to Houston” sign at the airport, we were ready for the next chapter of our U.S. journey. With new customers to meet and more beds to deliver, the excitement was palpable. This trip marked another important step as we continued to grow The Luxury Bed Company in the States.

It was a spontaneous moment of fun that perfectly captured our team spirit and the joy of bringing comfort and luxury to our customers.
