As with any logistics company there is always a capacity to which it can be stretched to ensure the operational integrity is not compromised therefore we would like to assure you that we will be putting in all the available resources to deliver the outstanding orders in a timely yet manageable manner.

Fabric Samples usually take 7-10 days to arrive.

COVID-19 Update: We are now starting deliveries again but to adhere to the strictest health and safety standards and maintain social distancing rules we are operating with a skeleton staff on deliveries. This means that whilst we are now delivering again deliveries will still be delayed slightly.

We are working as efficiently as possible whilst adhering to the government’s COVID-19 guidelines in order to get all the orders delivered to our valued customers in a safe and timely manner.

Here at The Luxury Bed Company, we operate a very simple and straightforward delivery system. This is to ensure you have the best experience from start to finish. Please refer to the information below for any queries regarding the delivery process.

Whilst we will do our best to fulfil specific delivery date requests there is no guarantee we will be able to. Please note as we do cover the majority of the UK mainland our timescales are an approximation and can be location dependent. Please seek further advice from one of our friendly members of staff if you require any additional information or assistance.

 

Premium Shipping – £79 

For delivery timescales please contact our sales team. Our trained staff will bring the bed into the room of your choice, unpack and fully assemble it for you. You will be contacted prior to arranging the delivery to confirm some key details to ensure the assembly service can be carried out without any issues. Please ensure that we have your correct contact details preferably a valid mobile number. If you have specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access please call us to discuss your requirements.


The above delivery charges are to cover the cost of delivery. The delivery team will assemble the bed free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed and where necessary re-book accordingly. If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery there may be a charge of £79 to cover the cost. The delivery company charges for the delivery of items only. The assembly service is a free of charge complimentary service. As there is no additional charge for assembly service therefore in the event where the customer decide to accept the delivery without assembly, The Luxury Bed Company cannot offer any refunds for the delivery charge.

Assembly of the bed is free of charge however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. The Luxury Bed Company cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.

Our delivery teams can deliver throughout mainland UK. However, there are certain areas which are currently excluded from our delivery coverage however please check back again as we are always working on including new areas to our delivery network.

You are requested to inspect all the items thoroughly upon delivery to ensure there are no issues / damages. In case there are any damages at the time of delivery, you are required to write them on the delivery note before signing it. In case you notice the damage after the drivers have left, then the issue needs to be reported within 48 hours of the delivery. After this period the issue / damage will be attributed to accidental damage as the delivery company will not accept any liability unless recorded on the delivery note or reported to The Luxury Bed Company within 48 hours of delivery.

The shipping charge for these items is £49 when purchased separately. If bought with a bed then there will be no extra charge for the shipping of these items and the premium (£79) shipping fee will apply. The delivery times and other information above applies to these items as well.
