As all our valued customers who have been following our social media feeds are aware that this year due to certain unprecedented circumstances including delays due to COVID-19 we had to bring forward the Christmas Cut of date to 4th October 2020.

Although a lot of our customers are aware of the cut off times and are perfectly fine with deliveries starting in January 2021 for orders placed after the cut off date. We strongly believe it is necessary to explain this in a bit more detail for clarity.

We are working tirelessly to ensure all the orders placed by the cut off date are delivered before Christmas. For the orders which missed the deadline the following schedule will apply.

Orders Placed in October / November/ December after the cut off, will be prioritised and delivered in a chronological order starting from 11th January 2021. The delivery timescale can range from 4-12 weeks depending on the order date, area and any unforeseen factors, however we will be in touch and keep you updated if anything changes.

As with any logistics company there is always a capacity to which it can be stretched to ensure the operational integrity is not compromised therefore we would like to assure you that we will be putting in all the available resources to deliver the outstanding orders in a timely yet manageable manner.

COVID-19 Update: We are now starting deliveries again but to adhere to the strictest health and safety standards and maintain social distancing rules we are operating with a skeleton staff on deliveries. This means that whilst we are now delivering again deliveries will still delayed slightly.

Here at The Luxury Bed Company, we operate a very simple and straightforward delivery system. This is to ensure you have the best experience from start to finish. Please refer to the information below for any queries regarding the delivery process.

Whilst we will do our best to fulfill specific delivery date requests there is no guarantee we will be able to. 

Premium Shipping – £79

With this service, all the Processed orders are delivered within 8 to 10 weeks and in some cases longer depending on the geographical location. Our trained staff will bring the bed into the room of your choice, unpack and fully assemble it for you. You will be contacted prior to arranging the delivery to confirm some key details to ensure the assembly service can be carried out without any issues. Please ensure that we have your correct contact detail preferably a Valid Mobile Number. If you have specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access please call us to discuss your requirements.

The above delivery charges are to cover the cost of delivery. The delivery team will install the bed free of charge as a goodwill gesture.

If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery there may be a charge of £79 to cover the cost.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed and where necessary rebook accordingly.

Installation of the bed is free of charge however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the Delivery Note. The Luxury Bed Company cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.

Our delivery teams can deliver throughout mainland UK. However, there are certain areas which are currently excluded from our delivery coverage however please check back again as we are always working on including new areas to our delivery network.
