If you have already placed your order then please fill out the general enquiry form as soon as possible as changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is manufactured.

Of course! We’re able to hold your order for up to 6 months free of charge, if you need us to hold your order for longer this would incur a fee of £80.00
Please leave your request for the order to be held in the notes section upon checkout so we can arrange this for you.
Please allow us at least 4-6 weeks notice prior to your preferred delivery date, we can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on your specified date, however we will always do our best to accommodate you.

All of our item can be cleaned using branded high street cleaners, please follow their instructions and take care.
In the event of a refund you will always be contacted via email to confirm that the action has been processed. From the date of the email received the funds should then appear back into the account of the card used to purchase within 7-10 working days. Please be aware this can vary depending on your card provider.
