Fabric Samples – The Luxury Bed Company

The fabric samples will take 7-10 working days with normal postal service.

Yes. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements.

If you have already placed your order then please fill out the general enquiry form as soon as possible as changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is manufactured. 

Please use the contact form and select existing customer enquiry from the department drop down. 

We are able to keep hold of your bed for a 6 month period only. What you need to do is in the note section upon checkout leave your delivery instructions and we can get this all arranged for you. Please note we do need at least 6-8 weeks notice prior to your preferred delivery date. We can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on the specified date however we will do our best to accommodate you!

Unfortunately we do not currently have a showroom available at this time. 

However, we feel that the customer images that can be seen via our social media pages reflect the quality of our products and customer satisfaction!

No we do not offer any finance schemes. 

Use the contact form on this page and select change delivery address from the department drop down. You will need to provide proof of your billing address. 

The assembly service is a free of charge service we provide as a good will gesture for our customers

All of our item can be cleaned using branded high street cleaners, please follow their instructions and take care.

In the event of a refund you will always be contacted via email to confirm that the action has been processed. From the date of the email received the funds should then appear back into the account of the card used to purchase within 7-10 working days. Please be aware this can vary depending on your card provider.

We have teamed up with Klarna so that you can spread your payments.

The finance offer you get from Klarna is dependent on Klarna and yourself.
