There were so many lovely beds to choose from, the website was easy to search and order. The only thing that would have improved the process is being able to see the bed style in the chosen colour.

I have purchased 2 beds from this company now which I absolutely love and they are of a very high quality. When choosing my second, I visited the showroom and Meg was so helpful. She was able to order a bespoke option to fit my measurements. The delivery communication was excellent and timings were spot on. I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for your new bed!

Decided on the Sensatori X bed , went to place my order on line and forgot which mattress I needed ,rang and spoke to Callum he confirmed want I needed explained everything fantastic help.

These guys do wonderful products really well made, solid and bespoke at high street prices. Customer service is brilliant! Their prices definitely don't reflect their professionalism and quality- amazing UK business still making money while producing this quality and yet competing with the likes of budget retailers. Could not recommend this company enough. We’ve received the best customer service ever, they have been fantastic from start to finish and can’t do enough to help! We are absolutely over the moon with our bed and can’t wait until we can order our next one from here. It’s amazing quality we absolutely love it. As well as the customer service and the quality of the bed the lads who came to deliver and build our bed were lovely and took their shoes off coming in our house then took all the packaging from the bed away with them. Luxury beds with a luxury customer service!!
We purchased our master bedroom bed from this company 4 years ago and I remember clearly that I had so many questions prior to buying; I reached out via instagram and the team responded very quickly and were very attentive. The bed itself is beautiful, strong and sturdy. Still absolutely perfect 4yrs on! The under bed storage is also so useful!
I messaged very recently to ask about a day bed I was interested in and again; the response time was super quick and my questions answered thoroughly. I highly recommend this company for the brilliant service and quality of the products!

Fantastic experience from start to finish.

I’ve been wanting to get my new bed here for quite some time. The delivery guys were fantastic and super fast - they assembled the bed and took all the rubbish away with them, and the quality of my bed is amazing. I got the king size Hugo bed in cream velvet with the Cloud 3000 mattress and I absolutely love it. We even got the bed sooner than expected because of a cancellation, so I received it at the beginning of December instead of mid January. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, amazing service!!

Amazing service, bed is absolutely stunning and true to its pictures. The lads who came to fit the bed were polite, mindful of the not damaging anything when brining in the bed. Would highly recommend!
