The brand new Cloud 3000 is our most comfortable soft mattress to date, handmade to perfection by our team. The mattress was originally made for owner of The Luxury Bed Company Reggie who previously used our Luxury Celebration 2000 mattress, another best seller of ours. It was produced with the aim to make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud, hence the name. This mattress is the most relaxing we offer consisting of the luxury fillings highlighted above; for anyone who loves a soft comfort this mattress is perfect to pair with your new luxury bed.

Mattress’ comes as one item, according to the size you select.

Lead times;
– Fabric Samples 7-10 working days
– Beds, Mattresses, Footstools & Storage Boxes 8-10 weeks
– Chairs 12-14 weeks
– Merrick Bed & Sonno Glass Bed 10-12 weeks

All delivery timescales are approximate and location dependant.

Here at The Luxury Bed Company, we offer a two-man delivery service, this service does come at a chargeable fee of £79, however this is a non-profitable charge and is applied to all orders. As with any logistics company there is always a capacity to which it can be stretched to ensure the operational integrity is not compromised therefore; we would like to assure you that we will be putting in all the available resources to deliver all orders in a timely yet manageable manner.

For all items at the moment we are running at an approximate delivery time of 8-10 weeks (location dependant) from the date purchased.

Sofas & Chairs have a 8-10 week delivery time from date of purchase. 

Prior to delivery you will receive notification from the team to organise a delivery date via SMS or telephone. You will then receive contact prior to delivery also to keep you informed of an approximate window of time. Our experienced team will fully assemble any item in the room of choice free of charge on the day itself, also removing any packaging ensuring for a hassle-free delivery.

Assembly of the bed is a non-chargeable complimentary service however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note. The Luxury Bed Company cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. You are requested to inspect all items on the day of delivery thoroughly to ensure there are no issues. In the event of an issue, you will be required to note this on the delivery form. Any problems do need to be reported within 48 hours via the fix it form linked below, as beyond this point The Luxury Bed Company will not be liable for any damages. Contact – The Luxury Bed Company

Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed and where necessary re-book accordingly. If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery there may be a charge of £79 to cover the cost.

Footstools, ottoman boxes & Fabric samples

The delivery fee for our smaller items such as footstools and ottoman boxes does come at a decreased charge of £49, the team will still fully assemble the items upon delivery in the room of your choice. If purchased with a bed there will be no extra fee.

All fabric samples do take an approximate lead time of 7-10 working days.

    I got this mattress around 6 months ago and OMG best thing that’s ever happened to me! Helps with my back and is so comfy. I absolutely love being in bed way to much because of this mattress….. my friends have been over and tried and ordered it for their new homes because of the quality and how different it is to other mattresses!
