Custom Orders:
If you’ve made custom changes to your order, we will need to confirm the details with you over the phone before production begins. Your lead time will only start once all details have been fully confirmed.

Delivery Service:
We provide a professional two-man delivery service, covering most of the UK mainland (some postcodes excluded—use our postcode checker to confirm). Choose between the following options.

  1. Delivery Only (£79)
    Our team will deliver your item to the room of your choice.

  2. Delivery and Assembly (£149)
    Our team will deliver your item to the room of your choice, assemble it for you, and remove all packaging, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Please note deliveries are only available to the ground, first, or second floor, unless lift access is available.

Before delivery, our team will contact you via SMS or phone to schedule a date.
Then again via SMS or phone to provide an estimated delivery time window the day before (please note, deliveries start from 6am).

Important Delivery Notes:
• If you decline assembly, you must inspect your items for damages before signing the delivery note. We cannot accept responsibility for issues reported after the team has left.
• Any issues must be noted on the delivery form and reported within 48 hours using our Fix It Form.
• Missed delivery appointments will incur extra charges.
• A minimum of 10 working days’ notice is required to rearrange a delivery. Requests made with less than 10 working days’ notice, you will be charged £79 re-delivery fee & £80 holding fee.

Adverse Weather & Traffic Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, adverse weather conditions or heavy traffic can occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to reschedule your delivery as quickly as possible.
