As a user of this website (also referred to as “you” or “the buyer”), you acknowledge that any use of this website, including any transactions, is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Terms

  • When placing an order with theluxurybedcompany.com, you consent to receiving special offers and promotions via email.
  • The contract between us and the buyer shall be governed by these terms, excluding all other terms and conditions.
  • The following terms apply to the use of one or more of our websites, including theluxurybedcompany.com. Any site-specific terms will be set out at the end of these terms and are incorporated into them.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this site. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this site.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or alter these Terms of Use at any time. By continuing to use the site after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

3. Copyright

  • All site design, text, graphics, and their arrangement are the property of The Luxury Bed Company or, in the case of product materials, are copyright-protected by the original owner.
  • You may electronically copy and print portions of this site for personal use as an informational resource or for ordering goods and services.
  • Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.

4. Order Acceptance

  • If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email, which forms the contract of sale.
  • In rare cases, if a product is unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount for the unavailable item.
  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions, details, or pricing may occur. If an error materially impacts your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the affected portion of your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before delivery and issue a full refund.

5. Alterations

  • Any changes made to an order after placement will incur additional charges, starting from £199, depending on the modifications requested.

6. Discount Codes

  • Discount codes are limited to one per customer, per order.
  • Any attempt to use multiple discount codes will result in order cancellation and a full refund.
  • Discounts do not apply to any additional extras or upgrades added after the initial order.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any discount or promotion at any time.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • While we aim to accommodate delivery requests, we cannot guarantee specific dates or requirements.
  • Any special delivery instructions should be provided at checkout or communicated to a staff member upon order placement.
  • We are not responsible for any damage to your property caused by the delivery team.
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including economic losses, resulting from delivery delays.
  • Adverse weather conditions may affect delivery times.
  • If you do not select assembly service, you must inspect the bed for damages before signing the Delivery Note. We cannot accept responsibility for damages reported after delivery.
  • If you miss your scheduled delivery, you will be charged £79 re-delivery fee & £80 holding fee.
  • A minimum of 10 days’ notice is required to rearrange a delivery. Requests made with less than 10 days’ notice, you will be charged £79 re-delivery fee & £80 holding fee.

8. Cancellation & Returns

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement by providing written or verbal notice.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours from placing your order will incur a 30% restocking fee.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for return.
  • We strongly encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before ordering. However, standard items may be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and a 30% restocking fee may apply. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

9. Data Protection

  • We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  • Your personal information is confidential and secure, and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

10. Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • All our products come with a free one-year manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Some exclusions apply, including:
    • Disassembly: If the bed is disassembled for any reason, the warranty is void.
    • Relocation: Moving the bed to a different property voids the warranty.
    • Accidental Damage: The warranty does not cover accidental damage.
    • Misuse: Any damage resulting from misuse of the product is not covered.
    • Commercial Use: If the product is used in a commercial setting, the standard warranty is void.
